The Daily Mail: Cristiana Bársony Arcidiacono… a controversial lady in the Mossad Pagers explosions operation in Lebanon
A former friend of the Hungarian businesswoman linked to the coordinated pagers explosions incident in Lebanon, as the CEO of the company that supplies the pager devices, BAC, has revealed new details about her life.
According to a report by the Daily Mail newspaper, a former friend who was close to Cristiana Bársony Arcidiacono described her as “mysterious,” and said that she “has always hide the nature of her work”.
Christiana’s name was widely circulated in the media when it was announced that the Pagers used in the explosions incident that occurred in Lebanon on Tuesday were manufactured by the Budapest-based company BAC.
Christiana was linked to the issue as the company’s CEO, which she indicated on her personal LinkedIn account.
Despite the New York Times reporting that the company was part of a complex network of fake Israeli intelligence (Mossad) companies, Bársony Arcidiacono denied having any knowledge of the plot.
But her ex-boyfriend described her as “less outspoken about her work,” according to the Daily Mail.
“Whenever I asked what her job involved, she would never say what she does, she would just say, ‘Business as usual.’ It was always a bit vague,” he recalls.
A Taiwanese company Gold Apollo denied manufacturing the Pagers that exploded in Lebanon, killing 12 people and injuring thousands of Hezbollah members, in an advanced attack so far attributed to Israel.
The Taiwanese company said the devices were produced by the Hungarian company BAC, which has a license to use the Gold Apollo brand.
