US soldier kills and ten SDF members injured in Deir al Zour
A number of Kurdish protection militiamen were killed and others were injured after being shot by a US soldier in Deir Ezzor.
Private sources confirmed to some local media outlets, that a US soldier opened fire on a group of militiamen at the military base in the field of “Tanak” oil east of Deir Ezzor, on Thursday, killing three and wounding seven.
The source pointed out that the reasons that prompted the American element to this is still unknown, amid great discretion by the protection militias and sites close to the incident.
It is noteworthy that this incident comes at a time when the protection militias are witnessing confusion and large internal divisions, where clashes broke out last Monday between two groups belonging to them in the town of “Hawaij” west of “Deir Ezzor” led to several injuries, including a leader, preceded by armed confrontations between the Arab component And Kurdish in the town of “Kobar”.
