Turkey is strengthening its positions in Idlib in conjunction with opposition groups heavy arms withdrawals

With the absence of a declared  mechanism to monitor the implementation of the Idlib Agreement, Turkey has ended the first phase of the Idlib agreement through the media, which includes the withdrawal of the “heavy weapon”, while the attention is directed towards its plan to deal with the opposition groups.
