The Israeli army: A company commander and his deputy were killed along with two other soldiers seriously wounded in Gaza
The Israeli army announced on Tuesday that the two soldiers who were killed in the battles in the northern Gaza Strip yesterday, Monday, were a company commander and his deputy in the 932nd Battalion of the Nahal Brigade.
“Major Dvir Zion Rivach (28), a company commander in the 932nd Battalion, and his deputy, Captain Eitan Israel Shkenazi (24), were killed in a battle in the northern Gaza Strip,” the statement said.
On Monday evening, the Israeli army announced the killing of two soldiers and the wounding of two others with serious injuries in a battle in the northern Gaza Strip.
The statement pointed out that the two wounded soldiers were evacuated to receive medical treatment in the hospital, and their families were notified.
The Israeli army didn’t mention though any details about the circumstances of the killing of the two soldiers and the injury of the two soldiers.
Thus, the announced death toll of the Israeli army has risen to 827 officers and soldiers since the beginning of the Israeli genocide in Gaza on October 7, 2023, including 392 since the beginning of the ground invasion of the Strip on the 27th of the same month.
While the number of injured reached 5,578 officers and soldiers, including 2,529 since the ground invasion of the Strip, according to the latest data from the Israeli army published on its website on Monday evening.
