For the third time in 24 hours… the US Conoco base in eastern Syria was targeted
On Saturday night, a missile strike targeted the US base in the Conoco gas field in Deir Ezzor, in eastern Syria.
Explosions were heard in the vicinity of the Conoco field as a result of targeting the base with a rocket bulb, bringing the number of targets against the base, within 24 hours, to 3.
US helicopters and helicopters flew over the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor and the area where the base is located, north of Deir Ezzor, after the missile strike.
US forces also fired flares into the skies around the base.
Rocket salvos targeted the base twice during the early hours of Saturday.
Field sources stressed that the missiles hit the base, explaining that the shelling coincided with a raid carried out by US aircraft, targeting the al Joura neighborhood in the vicinity of Deir Ezzor.
