A new Ukrainian attack with cluster bombs on Russian territory and Moscow’s defenses shoot down 31 drones
The Russian Defense Ministry said on Wednesday that Russia shot down 31 drones launched by Ukraine overnight in the Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk regions adjacent to the border.
The governor of the Russian Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, said via Telegram that Ukrainian forces fired cluster munitions at several villages in the region located in southern Russia.
He added that the attacks didn’t result in deaths or injuries, but they caused damage to a number of homes.
Russian officials in Bryansk and other regions bordering Ukraine have repeatedly accused the Ukrainian armed forces of carrying out indiscriminate bombing operations.
