What is truth behind several reports talked about assassinations attempts against the Syrian president?

The Syrian Official News Agency “SANA” reported, Sunday, that there is no truth to what is being circulated about the Syrian authorities and Turkish intelligence thwarting an assassination attempt against President Ahmed al Sharaa.
SANA reported, citing a source in the Ministry of Information, that “there is no truth to what was circulated by several media outlets about the Syrian army and Turkish intelligence thwarting an assassination attempt on President Ahmed al Sharaa during his visit to Dara’a”.
Sharaa visited Dara’a Governorate on June 6, coinciding with the first day of Eid al Adha, on an official visit accompanied by a number of Syrian government officials, including Interior Minister Anas Khattab, according to Syria TV.
Sharaa’s first visit to Dara’a since assuming the presidency following the fall of the Assad’s regime.
The visit came just days after the Israeli occupation army launched an attack on several areas in southern Syria.
Reports indicated that Ahmed al Sharaa had been the target of at least two assassination attempts over the past six months, which were thwarted through intelligence cooperation with Türkiye.
Information indicates that ISIS and its affiliated cells, now widespread in Syria, are behind the assassination attempts.
