Jack Murphy, a former special operations specialist in the US Army, revealed on Monday, that the CIA is using a European spy service to carry out a secret campaign of sabotage inside Russia.

Murphy said, that the US military and intelligence officials that the CIA is using a spy service of its European allies in NATO, with the aim of carrying out acts of sabotage inside Russia, in accordance with the directives of the CIA.

The campaign, according to him, includes long-standing sleeper cells activated by the Allied spy service to disrupt the war in Ukraine by waging a covert war behind Russian lines.

After years of planning, he said, “the campaign has been responsible for the many unexplained explosions and other mishaps that have befallen Russia’s military-industrial complex since Russia’s military operation in Ukraine began in February, according to three former US intelligence officials and two senior officials.

Former US military personnel, and an US person who was briefed on the campaign.

The former officials also refused to identify specific targets for the CIA-led campaign, but Russia’s railway bridges, fuel depots and power plants have all been damaged in unexplained accidents since the start of the war.

He said that although no US personnel on the ground in Russia were involved in carrying out these missions, the agency’s paramilitary officer’s command and control the operations, according to two former intelligence officials and a former military official.
