Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said his country is ready to participate in any meeting or dialogue to end the Russian-Ukrainian war.

This came in a speech delivered by Sybiha during a session at the Antalya Diplomacy Forum 2026, on Friday.

He noted that Russia attacked Ukrainian cities on Thursday using 700 drones and 40 missiles, predicting that large-scale attacks would continue in the near future.

He explained that they had overcome the most difficult phase in diplomatic relations with the United States, expressing their appreciation for the support of US President Donald Trump.

He added that Ukraine is ready for an unconditional ceasefire but won’t accept any clause that infringes on its territorial integrity.

The Ukrainian minister praised Türkiye’s defense capabilities, saying: “Türkiye, as far as I can recall, is able to meet about 80% of its army’s needs, and that is amazing”.

He stressed that Türkiye possesses unique diplomatic experience, emphasizing the importance of his participation as a minister in a country at war at the Antalya Forum.

He concluded by noting that Türkiye plays a major role in efforts to bring peace to Ukraine.

The forum will be held between April 17 and 19, under the patronage of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, and organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the theme: “Dealing with Uncertainties in Shaping the Future”.

The forum is expected to draw around 5,000 guests representing more than 150 countries, including more than 20 heads of state and government, nearly 15 vice presidents and heads of government, and about 50 ministers, including more than 40 foreign ministers.
