The United States plans to send high precision-guided bombs to Israel for use in striking Gaza
An informed source said on Monday that the administration of US President Joe Biden informed Congress that it plans to transfer precision-guided bombs to Israel worth $320 million.
The Wall Street Journal was first to report that the administration sent a formal notification on October 31 to congressional leaders about the planned transfer of a type of precision-guided weapon launched by warplanes.
The Wall Street Journal said, citing correspondence it had seen, that arms manufacturing company Rafael, USA will send the bombs to its parent company in Israel, Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, for use by the Israeli Ministry of Defense.
