Kremlin spokesman, Dmitry Peskov announced that part of Wagner private military group forces, who decided not to participate in the armed rebellion, will be able to sign contracts with the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Peskov said, “An agreement has been reached for the return of the Wagner Special Military Group forces to their camps and places of deployment… Some of them can later sign contracts with the Department of Defense if they wish… The agreement also applies to fighters who have decided not to participate in this armed rebellion”.
Peskov also added, “There were some fighters in the military formations of the Wagner Special Military Group, who changed their minds at the beginning of the armed rebellion and immediately returned.”
“They even requested the help of the traffic police and other assistance to return to the places of their permanent deployment,” Peskov said.
