The future of Afghanistan without war and ISIS

On December 29, 2018, a conference of the civilian activists’ movement in Afghanistan at the provincial administrative of Daikundi was held to discuss an extremely important issue regarding the long wanted peace in the country that suffered for long.

About 45 people took part of the conference, including the deputy governor of Daikundi province Muhammad Hedayat, as well as representatives of the deputies from the province.

Thus, the Deputy Governor of Daikundi Province Saeed Muhammad Sadat Nasiri (former Afghanistan Parliament member, brother of the current deputy from the Daikundi Province Saeed Daoud), who spoke during the conference, stressing the relevance of the conference topic, and condemned the negative activities of the terrorist organization of the Islamic State along with other terrorist factions in Afghanistan and their supporting forces.

Daoud noted that the desire to take part in the conference was expressed by the governor of the province, Saeed Olla Rahmani, who is absent due to the need to travel to Kabul.

Fulfilling the instructions of the governor, Saeed Muhammad Sadat Nasiri supported the need to hold similar actions in other provinces of Afghanistan in order to convey to the general population of Afghanistan the true goals of terrorist organizations.

The speaker noted the presence of members of the Islamic “Sharya” court at the conference.

The representative of the Daikundi Provincial Council, Haji Iti Madi, said that he supported the position and views of the organizer of the forum, Habibula Gilmandi, a leader of civic activists, and would personally contribute to the goals and objectives of the conference and assist the population in expressing opinions on the destructive activities of the Islamic state and others.

He expressed the need to organize such events in other provinces and cities in the country.

The speaker marked the United States and its allies as the true organizers of terrorism and the forces that created and support the Islamic State organization.

The representative of the Council of Daikundi Province, Suhrab Ali Ithimiadi stressed the importance of the event, noted the need to shape the future of Afghanistan without the Islamic State organization.

He revealed the history of the emergence, opportunities, and goals of such terrorist organizations as Al Qaeda, Lashkar Taybah, Jabhat Al Nusra, The Islamic State, and which countries are behind these factions’ formations.

At the same time, he condemned the role of the United States in creating the Taliban movement in Pakistan, ISIS in Herat under the leadership of Abu Mousab Al Zarkawi, in relocating militants from Syria, Iraq, reformatting Al Qaeda in Levant and the Islamic State under the leadership of Abu Ayub Al Misri.

Conference participant civic activist, university professor Nasir Khosra, Rahmatulla Shariati, expressing the hope that such events will take place not only in Daikundi province, but also in cities and other provinces in Afghanistan, supported the relevance of the conference “Future of Afghanistan without war and ISIS”. At the same time, he emphasized that Western countries continue the expansion of Afghanistan without taking into account the country’s history, culture and customs, which leads to the emergence of such phenomena as ISIS, which are supported by the United States and its allies.

Cultivating the radical ideology of these countries causes irreparable damage to Islam as a world religion in the eyes of the public and future generations.

In his speech, civil society activist Mohammad Ali Timori, supporting the subject of the conference, noted that the Islamic State organization is without a shadow of a doubt a Western project promoted by the United States and its allies to achieve their geopolitical goals in the Central Asian region.

In many ways, ISIS as a project emerged after realizing the futility of the Taliban movement for the West.

Assessing and realizing the increased level of influence of neighboring countries (Pakistan, Russia, Iran) on the Taliban movement, the United States and its allies decided to implement an ISIS project in Afghanistan.

Mohammad Ali Timori also condemned US policies seeking to expand and seize the Afghan market, including spheres of mining.

He noted the uncontrolled development by Americans of the uranium mines in Helmand, which were previously controlled by the UK.

Further, the speaker noted the negative role of the United States in unleashing the war in Syria between Muslims, which once again demonstrates the role of the United States in the creation and financing of ISIS.

At the end of the conference, a resolution was adopted, indicating the need to raise the problematic issues raised during the conference about the inadmissibility of the United States moving terrorist activity from Syria and Iraq to the territory of Afghanistan before the government and the parliament of Afghanistan.

Representatives of the news media in Afghanistan were involved in the conference, such as Radio Daikundi “Rta-Daikondi”, radio 87.8 FM “Sadai Kariya (Voice of the Province), radio and TV Melli (national channel), radio TV Rahi-Farda (Mohakika ), Pazhvok (broadcasts throughout Afghanistan).

The dire phenomenon of blinded cursed of terrorism have shaded on the destiny of Afghanistan, threatened its peace and its people for a long time and still victimizing the life in the country.

Without knowing what is behind all of these painful adventure and politics are, can imagine many stories but what is clear is that Afghanistan dear people don’t agree of the wrong and ineffective policies of politicians and security sectors.

The continuum and planned killing of sinless people that recently occurred as in the educational and academic sections are our reason for the above claim.

Unluckily one of the insecurity group which been deadly suffering people is the so called the “Bloody” Islamic State organization.

The terroristic group who made their nest in Afghanistan is not just only threatening Afghanistan but they could target their mysterious killings and criminals in all the region countries.

As we have seen in the recent years, ISIS targeting Afghanistan civilians and innocent people continuously and victimize the people.

In the recent years thousands of innocent people been killed and lost their lives by the disgraced terroristic group but unfortunately no any effective action taken from the government and responsible sectors.

Undoubtedly the recent attacks on educational sectors shows the unity of terroristic violence headquarter and orders.

Therefore it would be good for the Afghanistan government to stop mysterious support of terrorist groups like Taliban and ISIS and make a serious decision in case of fighting with them; otherwise we would have a dangerous future with increasing of organized crimes.

Daikundi civil activist expressing their deeply condolences with the victims and martyrs families and asking god to forgive them, placing them in heaven, agreed on the following demands as the result and output of the conference.

They make the commitment in terms of trying the best in purpose of bringing peace.

Asking Afghanistan Government and security sectors to do their jobs and immediately end to violently organized killing and to stop pragmatist behavior which is the only reason of enemy’s power like Taliban and ISIS.
Government and security sectors were thinking that by holding their dramatic ridiculous peace process they can bring peace and can hide the organized killings, but we clearly see that roots of killing and violence are more deeply than it seems to be treated, though asking the government to stop supporting dialogue, mediation and peace with those who are the enemies of Afghanistan people and killed the innocent, instead search finding reasonable, applicable way to fight and eliminate Taliban and ISIS, if not there is a strong probability of once again the country goes to the war, violence, darkness and the security sector and government would be in charge of it.
Asking international forces and friend countries of Afghanistan who are claiming fighting terrorism to stop dialogue, negation with Taliban and ISIS and perform their commitments for eliminating terrorism.
As it is clear the Afghanistan air and space is under control of U.S.A and NATO forces, sometimes they’re flying around and dropping weapon and other supportive items to ISIS elements in the Northern provinces of Afghanistan that can cause killing of innocent people, the foreign forces should be accountable of these incidents.
Asking world communities especially UN and Humanitarian organizations to push Afghanistan Government and seriously ask them to stop pragmatist behaviors from Afghanistan enemies.
We ask the Afghanistan government to review about Washington–Kabul security treaty, because while making this contract, western countries especially America promised of bringing peace, but now we see that the security situation is getting worse.
We ask Afghanistan parliament members to ask information of flying unknown helicopters in Afghanistan air coalition forces.
Asking from all effective forces of Afghanistan people s’ destiny, especially leaders, sponsors and attorney of Afghanistan people as Parliament members, senators, provincial counselors to wake up of closing their eyes seeing all the crimes and killing of ISIS and Taliban and to fight with them effectively since they been all cleared.
Asking from martyrs survivors and families to stand and insist their rights against terrorist groups and to make the government and security forces response them.
Daikundi civil activist once again asking the Government and security forces to stop obvious and hide support of Taliban and ISIS and also asking international world communities to stop useless dialogue with our enemies and don’t play with our destiny anymore.
Daikundi civil activist asking from UN, Islamic countries, regional powers and USA to push Afghanistan government and ask them seriously to stop supporting from terrorism and the enemies of Afghanistan people.
