The Details of the agreement between the Syrian government and the Syria Democratic Council
Kurdish sources for “Hashtag Syria” revealed the details of the preliminary agreement reached between the Syrian government and the Council of Democratic Syria, around the city of Manbej and the surrounding areas, which came effective on Friday.
According to the information, the elements of the Menbej Military Council will coordinate their positions and join the Syrian army’s special formations.
The government is also delaying the military service for six months for all who didn’t serve to join regularly through the relevant recruitment departments in the province of Aleppo, and the return of Syrian government works and reactivate the services of all government institutions in Manbej.
The agreement included the deployment of the Syrian army in all points on the direct line of contact with the Turkish forces and the militias loyal to Turkey.
The information also spoke of the intention of the Russian side to deploy control points of the Russian military police forces on the seam lines.
Kurdish sources (preferred anonymity) said that the US forces will evacuate all points in the areas of “West Euphrates” rural Aleppo Eastern, and will withdraw all heavy military equipment of American manufacture, including those that were handed to the Syria Democratic Forces.
It is noteworthy that the Syrian Defense Ministry announced on Friday, the entry of the Syrian army to Manbej.
