Sources: A progress has been made in the ceasefire negotiations in Gaza between Hamas and Israel

Two Palestinian sources familiar with the negotiations to salvage the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip reported progress that could lead to a new exchange of Israeli prisoners and Palestinian detainees on Saturday as planned.
A source told Agence France-Presse that the mediators held intensive discussions and obtained an initial Israeli pledge to implement the provisions of the humanitarian protocol starting this morning, Thursday.
Another source reported that Hamas confirmed to Egyptian officials its commitment to the agreement and the implementation of the sixth batch of prisoner exchange on time, Saturday, as soon as the occupation commits.
