Russian attack on Kharkov region and the Ukrainians attacked an oil refinery inside Russia

One person was killed and another wounded in a Russian drone attack on a village in Kharkov on Wednesday, the governor of the northeastern Ukrainian region said.
Governor Oleh Syniehubov said five drones hit warehouses, two minibuses, and stacks of hay on a farm in the village of Borevsky, causing a small fire.
“Unfortunately, one person was killed and another was injured,” he added in a post on Telegram.
According to Kharkov Mayor Igor Terekhov, the Russian shelling hit the Novopavskoye district but caused no casualties.
For its part, the Ukrainian military claimed responsibility for an attack on an oil refinery in the Saratov region of Russia, asserting that the facility was being used to supply fuel and lubricants to Russian military units participating in the armed aggression against Ukraine.
