Recent Violent fighting between the Turkish-backed militias spreads from Ras al Ain to Tal Abyad in northern Syria

The fighting between armed groups loyal to Turkey in northern Syria has expanded.

On Saturday, clashes reached the city of Tal Abyad in the northern countryside of Raqqa, after it had started during the end of last week in the city of Ras al Ain in the northern countryside of Hasakeh.

Civil sources revealed that violent clashes between the so-called “Legion of Glory” and the “Levant Front” groups backed by Turkey, were taking place against the background of the dispute over the extension of influence and the sharing of “spoils” in the city and its villages.

The sources pointed out that the clashes, which are still ongoing until the moment, during which fighters from both sides were killed and wounded without knowing their exact numbers.
