Reasonable reasons… A memorandum at the US Congress proposing a draft law to expel every Palestinian who doesn’t hold US citizenship!
The number of members of the US Congress who signed a memorandum proposing draft law against the presence of Palestinians in the United States reached 10 members, amid a new attempt entitled “Deporting Palestinians from the United States who don’t hold US citizenship”.
The new draft legal proposal is considered the first attempt by the pro-Israel lobby to what the project describes as alleviating the influence of the “terrorist” Hamas among the Arab and Islamic communities.
What is new about this idea, which was previously adopted by election candidate Donald Trump, is the drafting of a complete memorandum of the law that includes the proposed texts and the guiding reasons that were built on the idea of the law that classifies Hamas and some Palestinian factions as terrorists.
The proposal stipulates federal expulsion decisions against every Palestinian who doesn’t hold US citizenship.
The law says, “We must cancel all visit, work, and study visas obtained by Palestinians after October 7, stop issuing all visas to holders of Palestinian passports, and withdraw all asylum privileges”.
