The Israeli media is speaking about a preliminary contact that are taking place between Israel and the United States in preparation for US President Donald Trump’s visit to Tel Aviv in early December.

Meanwhile, according to Israeli sources, Israeli and US sources confirmed the existence of these contacts, as if the visit actually takes place, it will be Trump’s first to Israel in his second term in office.

Trump made one two-day visit to Israel during his previous term in May 2017, where he met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and then-President Reuven Rivlin.

He also met with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas and visited the Western Wall and Yad Vashem.

Last May, the US President made his first political visit to the Middle East in his second term, and at that time, Israel was not part of the visit.

Since the beginning of his current term, Trump has met with Netanyahu at least three times at the White House, first in February, then in April and July.
