Mysterious circumstances… the Advisor of the Autonomous Administration was killed in Deir al Zour
The Deir al Zour Media Center of the Syria Democratic Forces (SDF) announced the killing of the advisor of the Autonomous Administration in Deir al Zour, “Hamza Tolhadan,” on the road between al Hasakah and Deir al Zour, under circumstances that were not announced by the center.
The center indicated that the so-called “Deir al Zour Civil Council” declared mourning for three days following the death of the advisor, while activists said on social media that he was killed by an explosive device planted in a car he was traveling in.
According to the “Towns Authority” page, affiliated with the “SDF” militia, in Deir al Zour, the advisor of the Autonomous Administration in the governorate, “Hamza Tolleldan,” known as “Daoud Hajj Ali”, was killed in a painful traffic accident on the Kharafi road connecting Deir al Zour- Hasakah.
Last September, media sites in the Eastern Province said that the leader of SDF, “Liwa al Abdullah”, survived an assassination attempt in the eastern countryside of Deir al Zour.
The number of assassinations and bombings targeting members and leaders of the SDF has increased in recent times within the areas under its control in the northeast of the country, while the “SDF” accuses “ISIS” cells of targeting their members, which made the eastern region suffer from insecurity significantly.
