Missile strikes target the Syrian refineries of stolen oil east of Aleppo

A number of armed Turkmen factions deployed in the areas controlled by the Turkish army were killed and wounded, on Friday evening, March 5, as a result of targeting the largest of its kind, the illegal oil refineries in the areas of al Bab and Jarablus in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo.

Two missile strikes were recorded simultaneously with the advent of 7:00 PM local time on Friday evening, the first of which targeted the site of the stolen Syrian oil primitive refineries in the vicinity of the village of “Tarhin” in the countryside of al Bab, while the second part of the missiles fell near The primitive oil refineries located in the fuel market in the vicinity of “al Hamran” village in the countryside of Jarablus region.

The missile strikes resulted in huge explosions that rocked the al Bab and Jarablus areas, which are controlled by the Turkmen factions, coinciding with the outbreak of a large and large-scale fire that lasted for several hours without the factions’ militants being able to control them.

On the human toll of targeting “Tarhin” and “al Hamran”, the initial toll received indicated that 3 people were killed and 10 others were injured, all of them working in the illegal oil refineries, in which the stolen Syrian oil is refined, which is being introduced to the areas of deployment of Turkish forces.

Similar to the past attacks, it was not clear who was behind the Friday attacks, as no party claimed responsibility for the implementation, so the source of the missiles remains unknown.

Today’s attacks are considered the most violent and broadest of their kind in terms of targeting oil primitive refining areas belonging to the militants loyal to Turkey, as the past attacks were limited to one area only, with the greatest focus on striking primitive oil refineries group spread in the vicinity of “Tarhine” village, as it is It represents the greatest weight for Turkey’s militants, and that gathering is considered the largest and largest in the various regions of the deployment of the Turkish forces and the armed groups loyal to them throughout the countryside of Aleppo.
