The Israeli Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper revealed, on Monday, that estimates indicate that the number of Israeli deaths will reach 1,000, and the number of prisoners will reach more than 150.
On Monday, the Israeli Channel 12 said that the number of wounded had reached 2,315, including 365 in serious to critical condition.
According to Haaretz newspaper, that among the wounded, 25 were in critical condition, 340 were seriously injured, and 449 were described as being in moderate condition.
The previous toll of Israeli wounded was 2,100, before it was announced that it had risen to 2,315.
Earlier on Sunday, the official Israeli Broadcasting Corporation reported that at least 700 Israelis had been killed during the fighting.
