Iranian Intelligence threatens Trump and his family… You will find us where you don’t expect
In a striking development that reflects an escalation in the war of statements and threats, the intelligence service of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has issued a direct warning to US President Donald Trump and his family, accompanied by a threatening message of a special nature.
The official account of Iran’s intelligence service posted a photo showing President Trump and his family standing on the floor of a golf course, with a drone waving in the sky directly above them with a caption in Persian that reads: “Where you don’t expect it, you’ll find us close to you… This time everything is different,” the post said.
This Iranian threat comes in direct response to Trump’s recent statements in which he boasted about the assassination of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
In an interview with CNN, Trump said, “I preceded him before he preceded me… They tried twice, but I got to him first,” he said, referring to what he described as Iranian attempts to target him in the past, most recently during his 2024 election campaign.
In a controversial statement, Trump responded to a question about who he sees as a candidate to succeed Khamenei, saying, “It wouldn’t be any of the people we were thinking about because they were all dead… The second or third place holder is also dead,” he said, confirming the success of the US-Israeli strikes in eliminating most of the first line of the Iranian leadership.
On the one hand, it shows the ability of Iranian intelligence to track and monitor the movements of the US president and his family even in their own moments, and on the other hand, it indicates that the next response will be different from the previous one, in a signal that may carry profound implications of a shift in Iranian tactics towards prominent US figures.
