Hamas: The condition of our released prisoners compared to the situation of Israeli female prisoners embodies the difference between the ethics between the two sides
Hamas confirmed on Monday that the condition of the released Palestinian prisoners in exchange for the condition of the Israeli female prisoners embodies the difference between the “morals of resistance” and the “barbarism and fascism of the occupation”.
Hamas said in a statement via Telegram, “We congratulate our people, our nation, and the free people of the world on the release of the first batch of our female and male prisoners from the occupation’s prisons, as part of the ongoing Flood of Free Men deal”.
The statement added, “The scenes of joy of our people raising the victory sign while receiving the prisoners confirm once again the popular support for the resistance and highlight its deep-rooted position in their conscience”.
The statement continued, “The huge crowds of our people who came out to receive the liberated prisoners, despite the repressive measures of the occupation, is a declaration of defiance against the occupation, and an expression of their thirst for freedom and the liberation of the land and holy sites”.
Hamas added, “The pictures of the handover of the three female prisoners of the enemy showed them in full physical and psychological health, while our male and female prisoners showed signs of neglect and exhaustion; which embodies the great difference between the values and morals of the resistance and the barbarism and fascism of the occupation”.
The statement concluded her statement by saying, “We renew our pledge of loyalty to our prisoners for complete freedom, on the path to liberating our land and our holy sites and defeating the fascist occupation”.
