Hamas, Al Qassam Battalions calls for supporting the resistance financially with Bitcoin
The Izz Eldden Al Qassam Battalions, the armed wing of Hamas movement, have called for the Palestinian resistance to be financially supported through the digital currency of Bitcoin.
“Abu Obeida”, a spokesman of Al Qassam Battalions, said via Telgram, Israel is fighting the resistance by trying to cut support by all means.
He added: “We call on all resistance lovers and supporters of our just cause to support the resistance financially through Bitcoin currency, through the mechanisms that we will announce soon”, without adding any additional details.
It is known that the virtual currency, “Crypto currency” which has seen a rise in trading in the last few years, with rise of its values to record levels in a short period of time.
The virtual digital currency “Crypto currencies” most notably the Bitcoin, don’t have serial numbers nor controlled by governments and central banks, such as conventional currencies, with the Internet is the place of its presence without physical existence.
