Erdogan: We seek to form an Islamic position against Israeli injustice
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan confirmed that Ankara is continuing its diplomatic efforts to form a common position of Islamic countries against Israeli injustice in the Gaza Strip.
In a video message he sent on Friday to the fifth meeting of the General Assembly of the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum held in Istanbul.
Erdogan stressed that Türkiye is making unremitting efforts on the international scene to ensure that war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by Israel are not overlooked.
He said, “We continue our diplomatic contacts in order for Islamic countries to be able to respond and act jointly against Israeli injustice in Gaza”.
He stressed that his country will continue the struggle until the establishment of a future Palestinian state with sovereignty and unified territories on the 1967 borders, with Jerusalem as its capital.
