Erdogan attacks the Turkish opposition accusing them of treason
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan launched a sharp attack on the opposition in his country, accusing it of betraying the homeland and working abroad.
Erdogan said, in an exclusive interview with the Turkish ATV channel, that “this traitorous opposition is completely hostile to the army and police in Türkiye”.
Erdogan spoke about the leader of the Turkish opposition, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, saying that the latter meets with the leaders of terrorist organizations to support him in the elections.
The Turkish president said, “The opposition in Türkiye has no patriotism, and all its concern is to defend the leaders of terrorist organizations and seek to get them out of prison”.
Erdogan also accused the opposition in his country of inciting the Turkish people against the state, government and Turkish army, after the earthquake occurred of February 6th.
