Some social media have published information, photos and videos on the arrival of a new shipment of logistics, weapons and fuel to the eastern Euphrates region, coming from the Kurdistan of Iraq region heading to the base of the international coalition in the region.
Several sources and a number of eyewitnesses reported that “dozens of trucks loaded with fuel, weapons and military and logistical equipment headed towards the country side of Deir Al Zour, to the newly established base of the International Alliance, which it began on Thursday.
Sources in the area said that the international coalition is building a new military base east of Deir Al Zour, in Hajin located on the outskirts of the enclave under the control of the Islamic state organization.
Mohammad Hassan, a correspondent for Russian Today channel, published a video clip that said it showed more than 150 trucks of the International Alliance crossing the Qamishli area at night loaded with logistical equipment coming from Iraqi Kurdistan.
