Clashes between Turkish Backed Syrian opposition forces north of Syria

Violent clashes erupted between groups of “Ahrar al Sham” militants and the militants of the Fourth Central Committee of the “Syrian Front” in the city of al Bab, which is under the control of the “Syrian National Army” militants of Turkey in the eastern countryside of Aleppo.

The clashes were followed by blocking the roads following a dispute over smuggling cars, in addition to disputes over the smuggling outlets in the Abla and al Ajami sector, which connect the areas controlled by SDF militants in Manbij and the Euphrates Shield areas in the eastern countryside of Aleppo.

On October 31, It was reported that violent clashes had taken place between the Turkish-backed “Syrian National Army” and SDF, on the Mara’anaz front, southwest of the city of Azaz, in the countryside of Aleppo, north of Aleppo.

The clashes were accompanied by Turkish artillery shelling from the Turkish base south of the city of Azaz, and the shelling targeted the vicinity of the town of Tal Rifaat in the northern countryside of Aleppo.

The Turkish city of Suruj, located on the opposite side of the city of Ayn al Arab (Kobani) in the Northeastern countryside of Aleppo, which is under the control of SDF, recorded the arrival of a Turkish military convoy that included dozens of trucks loaded with heavy artillery and armored vehicles, in light of the intense flight of Turkish reconnaissance aircraft in the airspace of the city of Ayn al Arab.

SDF also deployed weapons along the border facing the Turkish city of Suruj.

Violent clashes also took place between SDF and the Turkish backed, Syrian National Army militias backed by Turkey, in the town of Ain Issa, north of the Syrian province of Raqqa.

Local sources said that Turkish forces bombed with heavy artillery the village of “al Dibs” in the western countryside of Ain Issa.
