Another Israeli incursion inside Syrian territories

A few days after the Israeli army withdrew from the center of Quneitra city, Israeli forces returned to penetrate southern Syria again through several axes.
In the southern region, several Israeli incursions were recorded, extending along the Damascus-Quneitra countryside road.
Israeli forces entered a military site, which contained mortar shells and anti-tank missiles within the 90th Brigade of the former Syrian army, and destroyed the site after confiscating weapons.
According to the Israeli army, the incursions aim seeks to remove and destroy any weapons that may fall into the hands of militants or armed groups after the fall of the government of former Syrian President Bashar al Assad, considering that these weapons pose a threat to its forces present in the buffer zone.
An additional Israeli forces penetrated through the area where the UN forces are located towards the strategic Tal al Shahwa in Quneitra Governorate, and another incursion was recorded in the western countryside of Daraa, at the Yarmouk Basin, where Israeli engineering vehicles opened new roads to enable the passage of heavy equipment in the area.
Also, the Israeli air force conducted airstrikes that targeted the Damascus countryside, Saturday, as Israeli warplanes bombed a site in the al Kiswah area in the southwestern Damascus countryside.
This site contained four cement blocks that were used to store weapons and ammunition that were confiscated during a previous combing campaign in the Deir Ali area.
The bombing led to the complete destruction of the site, with one person killed and two others injured who worked for the Military Operations Department in Syria.
It’s worth noting that the Israeli army now controls about 95% of Quneitra Governorate since December 8, and prevents forces affiliated with the Syrian Interim Military Operations Administration from approaching the areas it occupied outside the buffer zone.
