A tongue slip reveals the reality… US Diplomat Accuses Israel of Spreading Chaos and Terrorism!
The Chargé d’Affaires of the US Mission to the United Nations, Dorothy Shea, made a slip of the tongue when she mistakenly said, “The Israeli government is spreading chaos, terror, and suffering throughout the region”.
Shea’s remarks came during a UN Security Council session in New York, devoted to discussing the escalation following the Israeli aggression against Iran.
After Shea said, “The Israeli government is spreading chaos, terrorism, and suffering in the region,” she paused to correct herself, explaining that what she had said was a slip of the tongue, and that she had originally meant the Iranian government.
She continued her remarks by stating that Iran represents “the main source of instability and terrorism in the Middle East”.
The US diplomat said that Iran possesses the materials necessary to manufacture a nuclear weapon, describing this situation as unacceptable.
She affirmed that the Washington administration supports the measures taken by Israel against Iran, but emphasized that the United States isn’t a direct party to these attacks.
She added that the Iranian government must abandon its nuclear goals to avoid further destruction, calling on the Security Council to compel Tehran to reverse this course.
