Iran’s Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Secretary General Ali Larijani said his country won’t resume negotiations with the United States.

In a post on Monday on X, he denied Trump’s allegations about Iran calls for resuming negotiations with the US, after the recent US-Israeli strikes on Iran.

Larijani quoted a Wall Street Journal story about efforts to resume negotiations between Tehran and Washington via Oman.

The Iranian official commented on the WSJ newspaper’s story, saying, “We’ll not negotiate with the United States”.

In another post, Larijani responded to US President Donald Trump’s remarks on Iran, accusing him of leading the region into chaos with empty illusions”.

He added that Trump has his own fantasies about his slogan that America First to Israel First.

Larijani also accused Trump of paying the price of new lies to American soldiers and their families.

Trump said on Sunday that he had a list of three names for Iran’s leadership after he launched an unprecedented attack on Iran with Israel.

Trump told the New York Times that he had three very good candidates to lead Iran, but didn’t name them.

“I’ll not reveal them now. Let’s get the job done first,” he said.

Since Saturday morning, Israel and the United States have been waging a military aggression against Iran, which has killed hundreds, led by Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and security officials.
