The Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal announced Friday that international partners plan to provide $60 billion in military support to Ukraine annually over the next four years.

In a statement, Shmyhal said Ukraine had signed 20 security agreements with its allies, notably the European Union and the United States.

Shmyhal said that this June was full of important achievements for his country, thanks to the fruitful efforts of the Ukrainian team led by President Volodymyr Zelensky.

“According to the security agreements, international partners plan to provide $60 billion in military support annually to Ukraine over the next four years,” he added.

The aid is “a unique story that creates new opportunities for defense cooperation and lays the foundation for future peacetime security,” Shmyhal said.
