The Turkish prosecutor’s office confirmed on Monday that the contact between a suspect in the killing of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi and a Saudi national who owns a villa in Yalva state centered on getting rid of the victim’s body.

The statement said that Mansour Osman Abu Hussein continued with the owner of the villa, Mohammed Ahmed Al Fawzan, on October 1, a day before Khashoggi’s death.

The statement pointed out that the contact between the two sides centered on the disposal or hide the body of Khashoggi after cutting.

Earlier on Monday, Turkish investigators discovered a telephone call between one of the 15 suspects who had been brought to the consulate on the day of Khashoggi’s death and the owner of a villa in Yalva state.

After obtaining official permits from the Turkish judiciary, the Attorney-General in charge of the investigation, accompanied by a staff of the anti-terrorist unit, inspected the villa of the Saudi citizen and another villa next to it.

There are allegations that the Saudi citizen has left Turkey after his contact with the suspects and is still in sight today.

The Turkish police have already searched the Saudi consulate and the Consul General’s house as part of an inquiry into Khashoggi’s death inside his consulate in Istanbul.

On Monday, Turkish police extended the scope of the inspection in a villa in the tourist village of Samanli in the northwestern state of Yalva to include a neighboring villa as part of the investigation into the killing of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

Police and Gandirma forces took extensive security measures in both villas, and police, gendarmerie and fire brigade teams began to conduct on-site searches, with trained dogs and unmanned aerial vehicles.

For his part, said Yalva governor, Muammar Arul, in a statement, that the search and inspection are conducted in coordination with the Public Prosecutor in Istanbul, which will announce the results of the inspection.

According to the Anatolia correspondent, Turkish police began to search a well in the park of the first villa, and the teams brought a fire engine to the site to support the search and inspection.

“The villa is owned by an Arab businessman and is being inspected by drones, trained dogs, gendarmes and police”, Mawmar Errol, Yelva governor, said.

Police prevented anyone from approaching the entrance of the two-story villa and a large garden until the searches were completed.

The Saudi Public Prosecution has announced that it has charged 11 of the 21 people arrested in the killing of Khashoggi and filed a criminal case against them, and demanded the execution of five of them, including five of them, and the imposition of legal sanctions on the rest.

The Saudi prosecutor said that the task force is the former deputy intelligence chief, explaining that the order to kill journalist Jamal Khashoggi is the leader of the team sent to return him to the kingdom, and investigations are continuing to determine the location of the body.

The prosecutor said Khashoggi was killed after a quarrel and he was injected with a lethal substance and that five suspects had taken his corpse out of the consulate after its dissolution.

In turn, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that his country has records related to the death of Khashoggi.

“The recordings of the killing of Khashoggi are truly shocking”, he told the daily Hurriyet Daily News and Yeni Safak.

“We have run the recordings of this killing to everyone he wants from us”.

“When a Saudi intelligence officer listened to the recordings, he was shocked”, he said.

“He must have done heroin”, he said.

“This is only someone who uses heroin”.

“We know that the perpetrators are among the 18 suspects in Saudi Arabia.

We also know that these individuals came to carry out orders to kill Khashoggi.

We know that the order to kill Khashoggi came from the highest levels of the Saudi government”, Erdogan said in an article in The Washington Post.

“However, there are still other equally important questions that contribute to our understanding of how this unfortunate act was done.

Where is Khashoggi’s body?

Who is the local collaborator?

Which the Saudi officials claimed to have surrendered Khashoggi’s body?

Who gave the order to kill that kind spirit?

Unfortunately, the Saudi authorities refused to answer these questions”.
