Turkish Foreign Minister responded to recent speculation regarding Hamas leadership move to Türkiye

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said on Wednesday that the transfer of Hamas leaders to Türkiye is out of the question at the present time.
Fidan said that Hamas will transform into a political movement after the establishment of the Palestinian state,” calling on Hamas movement to take a decisive stance on the two-state solution.
Regarding Saudi-Turkish relations, the Turkish Foreign Minister said, “The relations of the two countries are progressing at a very good pace and there is agreement between them,” stressing that “Saudi Arabia and Türkiye have worked to calm the tension between Iran and Israel, while seeking not to expand the war”.
Last April, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman discussed bilateral relations and regional and global issues in a phone conversation.
