Turkey recalls its ambassador from Germany for consultation
Turkey’s Prime Minister “Ben Ali Yildirim” said on Thursday that Ankara recalled its ambassador from Germany for consultation after the Reichstag approval of a resolution describing the massacres of Armenians by Ottoman troops in 1915 as «genocide”.
In a speech at the Turkish capital Ankara, Yildirim said „the pressure of the Armenian racist groups“ is behind the German parliamentary resolution, which he described as a wrong one.
