Turkey participates in the security organization of the 2022 World Cup to be hosted by Qatar
The Turkish ambassador to Qatar, Mustafa Goksu said that Ankara and Doha had signed a security agreement that includes Turkey’s participation in the security organization of the 2022 World Cup hosted by Qatar.
The official Turkish Anadolu news agency quoted the ambassador as saying in an interview on the Qatari al Jazeera channel: “The ministries of interior in Turkey and Qatar signed an agreement on organizing major events, according to which Turkey will support all major events organized in Qatar to ensure their success”.
The Turkish ambassador added, “It is Qatar that will determine the areas of assistance that Turkey can provide, and Ankara will spare no effort in providing assistance.
The Turkish president gave his orders to implement everything that Qatar requires to ensure the success of organizing the 2022 World Cup,” noting that “Ankara is waiting enthusiastically.
The next World Cup is in Doha, as the brother is waiting for his brother’s wedding, and Turkey is keen on Qatar’s success in organizing this event”.
