Trump loses control and rebuke media correspondent in a conference

The war between US President Donald Trump and a number of American media has been on fire since his arrival at the White House.

The US president has continued his attack on a number of US media that he claim that they are hostile to him.

In an altercation between Trump and a CNN journalist during a news conference for the president on the results of the midterm elections last Tuesday.

It occurred when CNN’s chief white house correspondent, Jim Acosta, asked about Trump’s description of the Central American immigrant convoy as an “invasion”.

Trump defended his position in answering the question; then Acosta continuing asking some additional questions with the latest of which was about the investigations about the Russian intervention in the presidential elections.

Trump ordered the journalist to put the mic down and stop asking questions.

“CNN should be ashamed that someone like you works for them, you are rude” Trump said to Acosta.

Trump added “When you publish false news, you will an enemy of the People”.

Then NBC correspondent Peter Alexander stood up to defend his colleague and began asking more questions to the US president and re-asking the same question about the immigrant convoy.

Trump interrupted him saying: “Peter stop, stop it, are you trying to be like him (Jim), so Trump cut the argument counting list of justifications that reinforce his position on the issue.

Later a statement issued by the White House banning CNN’s chief White House correspondent Jim Acosta from the White House, stated that Acosta has had his White House credentials revoked after engaging in a fiery exchange with Donald Trump during a press conference after the mid-term elections.

Acosta asked Trump about immigration and Trump refused to answer Acosta’s questions, repeatedly telling him to sit down.

Acosta initially refused to relinquish the microphone to a female intern and the White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders later tweeted that Acosta had placed his hands on the young woman.
