The United States sends battleships to the middle East aim to protect Israel after recent assassinations
The Washington Post quoted a Pentagon official as saying that the United States mobilized 12 battleships in the Middle East after the assassinations of Ismail Haniyeh and Fouad Shukr, to protect the Israel from any threat to it.
The Iran representative to the Security Council condemned what he described as the Israeli terrorist act of the assassination of the head of Hamas’ political bureau, Ismail Haniyeh, in Tehran on Wednesday.
In a speech to the Security Council, the delegate considered the assassination a serious violation of international law.
The Iranian representative to the United Nations pointed out that Israel would not have committed this crime without intelligence support from the United States, stressing that “the Israeli regime shouldn’t be allowed to evade responsibility for its violations”.
