The assassinations series continues and reaches the White Helmets in Idlib


The White Helmets announced that five of its members were killed in an attack carried out by unidentified gunmen on Saturday in one of its centers in the remaining rebels held areas in Aleppo.
«An unknown armed group raided the Civil Defense Center in the town of Tal Hadiya in the southern countryside of Aleppo and fired directly at our volunteers».
«Five of them were killed and two others were wounded», the organization said on its Twitter account.
As of his part, the director of Al Hader center Ahmad Al Hamish said that the group: «attacked the center of Al Hader at approximately two o’clock in the night and killed five of the alternates after blindfolded them, while two others were injured and two other managed to escape».
«They were masked and fled after they stole some equipment, that belongs to the center and power generators».
Seven members of the Civil Defense were killed in August by unidentified gunmen who infiltrated into their center in the city of Sarmin in the province of Idlib.
The White Helmets, a non-governmental organization operating on Syrian territory, with their members are called «volunteers» in rebels held areas and their activities in relief and civil defense.
The «White Helmets» received support and funding from countries involved in the Syrian crisis, such as the United States, Britain and the Netherlands.
