Syrian air defenses resist hostile drones in the airspace of the coastal area of Jableh, in the west of the country
According to the Syrian News Agency, “SANA”, that the Syrian air defenses are responding to enemy drones in the airspace of the coastal area of Jableh in the west of the country.
Neither the agency nor any of the official media reported any further information.
A number of local pages on social media reported that the people of the city heard the sounds of explosions in the city’s surrounding.
For its part, the Lebanese Army Command issued two statements confirming that two reconnaissance planes belonging to Israel violated Lebanese airspace in two areas in the south.
A Lebanese army statement said, “An Israeli reconnaissance plane has Lebanese airspace over the town of Kafr Kala, and carried out circular flights over southern areas, and then left the airspace, over the town of Yaroun”.
The Lebanese army statement added: “A second reconnaissance plane violated Lebanese airspace over the town of Alma al Shaab, and carried out a circular flight over the southern regions, and then left the airspace over the town of Naqura”.
