The Somali Finance Minister expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Russian government for its support to the Somali people.
On Thursday, the second edition of the Russia-Africa summit kicked off in the Russian city of St. Petersburg, as part of efforts aimed at strengthening strategic relations between Moscow and the countries of the brown continent and raising them to a new level.
