Report: Washington provides Ahmed al Sharaa with US advisors to assist him carry out special missions!

A senior French diplomatic source in Beirut revealed that the United States is providing Syrian President Ahmed al Sharaa with a group of US advisors and experts, including some of Syrian origin, working within his immediate circle in the presidential palace and government.
The source, who preferred to remain anonymous, said that those US experts had previously worked for political, economic, military, and strategic research companies and centers in the United States and had been officially hired to undertake various tasks related to restructuring the Syrian state.
The advisors’ tasks include preparing a new ministerial structure and organizing the government apparatus, in accordance with conditions set by Washington in exchange for moving forward with implementing labor agreements between the United States and Damascus.
These agreements are linked to the lifting of US sanctions on Syria, following the announcement made by US President Donald Trump during his recent Gulf tour in Riyadh.
The source added that the US conditions also include removing extremist rhetoric from state institutions, particularly the presidential palace, government agencies, and those close to Ahmed al Sharaa, as well as a plan indirectly aimed at eliminating the influence imposed by foreign fighter leaders in military and security circles, particularly in the capital, Damascus.
This process is being conducted under the direct supervision of US Special Envoy to Syria, Tom Barrack, who sees the need to transform the Syrian state from a hardline jihadist model into an entity capable of engaging with the international community on the political, economic, and investment levels.
The source also explained that some of these advisors specialize in foreign and regional relations, in addition to the armament file related to the new Syrian army.
The source noted that the advisors’ duties also include arranging files related to US deals with Middle Eastern countries, in coordination with the Syrian administration, to begin implementing reconstruction and infrastructure projects in affected areas within Syria.
