Nikki Haley writes “Finish them” on Israeli shells!
Photos circulated on social media and Israeli media showing former Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley writing the words “Finish them” on an Israeli shell during her visit to Israeli military sites near the northern border with Lebanon.
Danny Danon, a member of the Knesset and former Israeli ambassador to the United Nations, posted the photos on his X account on Tuesday, noting that Haley wrote the phrase during her tour with him.
Danon explained that Haley fell on an artillery shell, recalling their good relationship when Haley was US ambassador to the United Nations during the era of Donald Trump, where she was considered a hawk in his administration.
Israel’s heritage minister, Amichai Eliyahu, posted on X a photo of Haley signing the projectile, praising her as a figure unaffected by “lies of progress”.
Likud MK Hanoch Milvedsky commented on the photo, praising Haley as a “true friend of Israel”.
Israel’s Channel 13 anchor, Almog Poker, described Haley as a “queen” and considered her signature on the shell a clear message.
Journalist Yonon Magal of Israel’s Channel 14 added that Haley wrote “Finish them” on the shell.
Radio Kol Hai Shulmo Polak confirmed that Haley’s signature would appear on a shell aimed at Hezbollah, vowing to publish the photo as a poster if his post received a thousand likes.
During her visit to northern Israel, Haley affirmed her solidarity with Israel and noted that the majority of the American people support Israel, stressing the importance of strong US support.
Haley, 52, dropped out of the presidential race in March after defeats in the Republican primary against Trump, and announced last week that she would vote for him in the upcoming election.
Although Trump has ruled her out of running as his running mate, Haley remains a potential presidential candidate in 2028.
In a related context, the White House announced Tuesday that President Joe Biden doesn’t intend to change his policy towards Israel, despite the Israeli strike that targeted a camp for displaced people in Rafah over the weekend and resulted in the death of civilians.
At the same time, the White House stressed that Biden “doesn’t turn a blind eye” to the suffering of Palestinian civilians.
