Netanyahu’s cousin: The prime minister stole money, started war and destroyed us
Dan Netanyahu, cousin of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, revealed shocking information about the latter’s relationship with Hamas and Hezbollah, stressing that he is thwarting the prisoner deal for fear of the extreme right withdrawing from his government, according to the Israeli Jerusalem Post.
Dan noted that his cousin, Benjamin Netanyahu has been continually undermining Israeli democracy, through legislation that undermines the independence of the Supreme Court, and since the outbreak of the war by changing rules that have been in place for decades, such as appointing judges at the whim of the justice minister, police using violence against demonstrators and the families of the kidnapped and murdered, demanding personal loyalty from the new gatekeepers, and constant attacks on the attorney general.
The Israeli Prime Minister’s cousin stressed that “Netanyahu has been neglecting and destroying the country for years, both in terms of security and economy”.
According to Dan, Benjamin Netanyahu’s policies over time helped building Hamas for 15 years in terms of money use, without controlling it, and also Hezbollah, by preventing it from attacking for years.
Netanyahu is crushing the state’s economy and its ability to finance the costs of the war, by diverting funds for unconventional purposes, with current facts that there are no discussions on the 2025 budget.
Netanyahu has abandoned the Meron incident (The 2021 Meron incident was a stampede at the tomb of Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai, who lived in the second century on Mount Meron in northern Israel), in which 45 people were killed, and hasn’t taken responsibility for the findings of the government investigation committee.
Netanyahu transformed the Likud from a democratic party based on Jabotinsky’s principles into a group of thugs and criminals.
Netanyahu gave up Israel’s security by convincing the United States to withdraw from the nuclear deal, without imposing sufficient sanctions.
Netanyahu has abandoned social security for the country’s citizens – about 31% of whom live in a state of food insecurity.
The Israeli government investigation committee on ships and submarines decided that Netanyahu endangered state security and harmed the foreign relations and economic interests of the State of Israel.
Netanyahu repeatedly thwarts a deal to release the kidnapped soldiers for fear that the far right will withdraw from his government.
“All this was done while a well-oiled poisoning machine of professional bullies was lined up and running, against the leaders of the struggle to maintain the rule of law and against the civil aid bodies that have been working since the outbreak of the war… Netanyahu and his government ignore the plight of the residents of the south who were abandoned and murdered and the families of the kidnapped, and spread poison against anyone who has a different opinion,” Dan Netanyahu added.
“He really doesn’t care about the destruction of the country or the kidnapped people… The purpose of all his actions is one: to extend his rule indefinitely and to refuse to establish a government commission of inquiry to investigate the events that led to the weakening of democracy and the outbreak of war,” Dan Netanyahu concluded.
