L’Ante Diplomatico: Lavrov’s historic warning to Germany and all of Europe!
The Italian L’Ante Diplomatico newspaper reported that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov’s statements regarding the possibility of Germany’s collapse aren’t limited to a warning directed at Berlin alone, but rather reflect a broader message directed at the entire European continent.
The Italian newspaper explained in a report that Lavrov issued a warning it described as historic, considering that Europe today risks slipping back into conflicts that don’t serve its interests, but rather result from its involvement in others’ wars for vague strategic reasons”.
The Italian newspaper noted that Russia and Ukraine are engaged in faltering attempts to negotiate a settlement to the ongoing conflict, while some European leaders, particularly the political elite in Germany, are pushing for escalation and further militarization, threatening the stability of the entire European region.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov recently stated that Germany has become a direct party to the Ukrainian crisis, criticizing German Chancellor Friedrich Merz’s statements about supporting Kyiv with long-range missiles.
Lavrov confirmed that Moscow is closely monitoring reports that Berlin is lifting restrictions on the range of missiles sent to Ukraine, noting that this move puts Germany on the path to direct involvement in the war, with serious repercussions for its internal security and political stability.
