Israel asks Russia to remove the Lebanese Hezbollah from the occupied Syrian Golan and prevent the deployment of Iranian forces in the region

Israeli media reported on Monday that Israel had asked Russia to work to keep Hezbollah out of the occupied Syrian Golan.
The Israeli official Broadcasting Corporation, said, that Tel Aviv asked Moscow to take steps taken previously, to prevent the placement of Iranian forces in the region, without details.
They added that intelligence revealed four months ago, the positioning of the party’s forces in the Syrian part of the plateau, in order to “establish a terrorist structure”.
The agency added that Israeli efforts obstructed the efforts of “Hezbollah”, without being able to end, prompting Tel Aviv to request Moscow’s intervention.
This came days after Israel and Hezbollah exchanged threats of “severe blows”.
