Iranian news agency reveals for the first time: Zada supplied Hamas and Jihad with “cruise” missiles and jet drones equipped with cluster bombs

The Iranian Mehr News Agency published an article on Sunday about the relationship of Iranian nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhri Zadeh, who was assassinated Friday in Tehran, with the resistance movements in Palestine, Syria and Yemen.

The article stated that “extremely dangerous information reached the Israeli intelligence a few months ago, stating that Iran and Hezbollah have succeeded in supplying Hamas and Islamic Jihad, via Syria, with cruise missiles and drones equipped with cluster bombs, as well as the technology necessary to manufacture them in Gaza, and that the first responsible for that he is Fakhrizadeh, and this explains the intensification of the Israeli raids on Syria in recent months.

The article pointed to “a report published by the Israeli Neiman Foundation two years ago that Iran, under the supervision of Fakhri Zadeh, has transferred its technological progress to Syria, Yemen, Hezbollah and the Palestinian factions, so that the resistance movements and Syria do not remain at the mercy of the changing circumstances that may prevent the flow of weapons to them from Tehran”.

The article pointed out that “the plan to assassinate Fakhrizadeh was drawn up during a secret meeting held in 2019 in the United States, in which a number of Israeli military and security leaders, Emirati and Saudi personalities, and a number of leaders of the PMOI,” participated, adding that “on the agenda of the meeting.

One item was the implementation of security operations inside Iran, and an attempt to disrupt its missile, military and nuclear program, as well as developing plans to prevent weapons from reaching Syria, and from there to Lebanon and Gaza.

Former Minister of War Avigdor Lieberman, head of the opposition Yisrael Beiteinu party and a member of the Israeli Knesset, said that the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu and Minister of War Benny Gantz, are concealing facts from the Israelis about developing Hamas’s combat capabilities in the Gaza Strip, adding that “the Gaza Strip produces at least two rockets a day, some of them reach the Hadera area.

Lieberman claimed that “Hamas is developing cruise missiles, cluster munitions, and unmanned aerial vehicles with a jet engine,” to the Minister of the Army, Michael Biton, with the question: “Do you know what it means for the population if a conflict occurs? 

Do you know the price we will pay? Why is the prime minister hiding that?

Lieberman added, “If I were you, I would have summoned all the heads of the Gaza envelope to meet with the Minister of Security, who would explain to them what he intends to do in front of the rockets and cluster munitions”.
