Hezbollah attacks sensitive military points in Tel Aviv with a swarm of drones
The Lebanese Hezbollah announced, at dawn on Tuesday, that it had carried out an air attack with a squadron of attack drones on sensitive points in Tel Aviv, central Israel.
Hezbollah said in a statement, “On Monday evening, the Islamic Resistance fighters launched an air attack with a squadron of high-quality suicide drones on sensitive military points in the city of Tel Aviv”.
He pointed out that the targeted Israeli military points will be announced later, without further details.
On Monday evening, Israeli media outlets reported that a rocket fell near a shopping mall in the city of Ramat Gan in the greater Tel Aviv area, and fires broke out in the area as a result of a falling electricity pole.
For its part, Channel 12 said that 5 Israelis were injured as a result of a missile being fired from Lebanon at the city of Ramat Gan.
Yedioth Ahronoth, in turn, said that Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv stopped operating and landings and takeoffs were halted during the sirens, and planes that were about to land were forced to return and wander in the air.
The Israeli aggression on Lebanon resulted in a total of 3,516 martyrs and 14,929 wounded, including a large number of children and women, in addition to about 1.4 million displaced persons. Most of the victims and displaced persons were recorded after September 23.
