Hamas: Two Israeli prisoners were killed as a result of Israeli bombing on Gaza
The al Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, announced on Monday evening that two Israeli prisoners were killed in the Gaza Strip during a bombing by their country’s army on the Strip.
The al Qassam Brigades, posted video, showing Israeli prisoners sending letters to the Israeli government demanding that the war be stopped and that they be returned to their families.
At the end of the video, a scene appeared documenting the killing of two of them.
The video initially showed Yossi Sharaabi (53), Tais Frisky (38), and Noa Argamani (26) talking about the facts of their detention, their conditions in captivity, and their fear of death as a result of the ongoing Israeli bombing of the Palestinian Strip, and demanding their government to return them to their homes.
At the end of the video entitled “We’re still alive, bring us home,” the video showed the bodies of Sharaabi and Frisky in the same clothes they appeared in at the beginning of the clip, without specifying the time and place of their killing in Gaza.
After Qassam Brigades spokesman Abu Obaida announced, Sunday, that the fate of many Israeli prisoners in Gaza has become unknown in recent weeks, suggesting that some of them were likely killed recently, Qassam Brigades published a brief video of the three prisoners and wrote a message at the end of it to their families, “Wait for us… Tomorrow we will tell you their fate… Your government is lying”.
On the same context, the al Nasser Salah al Din Brigades, the military wing of the Popular Resistance Committees, lost contact and communication with a member of its group that was captivating an Israeli prisoner, confirming that this occurred due to Israeli bombing on the Gaza Strip, on New Year’s Eve.
Earlier, the al Qassam Brigades believed that 5 Israeli prisoners were also killed, after losing contact with the group responsible for them, as a result of the raids launched by the occupation on the Gaza Strip.
The al Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad movement in Palestine, had previously published videos of two Israeli prisoners it also had, confirming that their lives were in danger due to the Israeli bombing of Gaza.
They said, in a letter to their government officials, “We feel that you don’t want us to return alive”.
