Erdogan: The world must realize that Israel is a terrorist state

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stressed the need for the whole world to be aware of the nature of Israel as a terrorist state.

This came on Friday in a speech during his participation in the opening of the seventh stage of the North Marmara Highway, which passes from Istanbul.

President Erdogan said, “All the oppressed people of the world await the day when a strong Turkey will rise”.

He added, “Palestine awaits us… It is waiting for us with the cries of all these young children”.

President Erdogan touched on the meeting of the United Nations General Assembly, which was held Thursday under the chairmanship of the rotating president of the Turkish Diplomatic Association Volkan Bozkir, to discuss developments in the Palestinian territories, with the participation of Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusolu.

He pointed out that Cavusolu explained during the meeting how the lands of Palestine were shrunk to what it is now, as a result of the expansionist occupation of the state of terror, Israel, since 1947.

He stressed that Turkey would not stop shedding light on this matter in various forums through maps, so that the world would know the truth about Israel.

Erdogan added, “The whole world must realize who this terrorist state Israel is”.

After 11 days of military operations, a ceasefire came into effect in the Gaza Strip, between Israel and the Palestinian factions, as the two sides announced their acceptance of an Egyptian proposal for a ceasefire, which came into effect on Friday at 2:00 am Palestine time.
